What a Snapshot is
The same credentialed scan an assessment starts from, delivered as findings and evidence. Each cloud platform is a separate Snapshot at the same price, so two platforms are $2,000 and all four are $4,000. There is no bundle and no "how many clouds counts as multi-cloud" question.
An engineer runs every Snapshot. You order it, grant read-only access, and receive the results within 3 business days of that access being in place.
What a Snapshot does not include
A Snapshot is findings, not a judgement about them. It does not include:
- A maturity rating. No Essential Eight level and no framework grade.
- Attestation. Controls a scanner cannot see are reported as not assessed, not confirmed by an engineer.
- A readout. Results are delivered in your portal, not walked through with you.
- A roadmap. Findings come with the vendor's fix for each one, not a prioritised, costed plan.
How access works
Access is read-only in every environment, without exception, provisioned as an application registration that you create, can inspect and can revoke yourself at any time.
Scans run on an RG Labs operator workstation in Australia. Your credentials never reach our hosted platform — it receives results only. Full detail is on our trust page.

What you pay for a Snapshot credits in full against a Security Controls Assessment paid for within 90 days of the Snapshot. It credits against the assessment only, not against engineering work.
