RG Labs is operated as a sole trader (ABN 26 465 879 682) in Melbourne, Australia. These terms are general information, not legal advice; paid engagements are governed by a separate signed services agreement, which prevails over anything on this site.

About this website

This website provides general information about RG Labs and the services we offer. It is informational only and does not constitute professional, security, legal, or financial advice. Nothing here creates a client relationship; that begins only under a signed services agreement.

No warranty

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or up to date, and we accept no liability for any reliance placed on it. The site is provided "as is".

Engagements

Any work we perform is delivered under a written Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work that set out scope, deliverables, fees, and responsibilities. Where those documents conflict with this website, those documents apply.

Payments, refunds & cancellations

Fees for online purchases are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD) and are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. The following applies to Security Posture Assessment products bought through this site. The free external check is limited to three checks per domain and per email address per rolling month.

One-off reports (Essentials, Standard, Complete) are digital products prepared specifically for you. Once a report has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable. If you have paid but the report has not yet been delivered, email us and we'll refund it in full; if a delivered report contains an error, we'll correct it promptly.
Continuous monitoring is a subscription billed in advance (monthly or annually). You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. We don't provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, access reverts to the free preview until payment is brought up to date.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the guarantees that services be provided with due care and skill and be fit for their stated purpose. To request a refund or to cancel, email admin@rglabs.com.au.

Intellectual property

The RG Labs name, logo, content, and design on this site are our property and may not be reproduced without permission. Frameworks, templates, and methodologies we develop remain ours unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
